HTML SASS Designer for Website Builder

We are looking for a front-end developer with a strong eye for design to create polished, responsive website templates that will later be integrated into an existing custom website builder. Templates may be created from inspiration/reference images or designed originally. Each template should have its own distinct visual style and layout. WHAT WE NEED: Templates should be built with clean, well-organized, portable front-end code such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript or React components. The code must not depend on WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, Framer, or another website-building platform. Each template should be structured so it can later be connected to controls inside our own website builder. Users should eventually be able to customize: Business name and text content Headlines, paragraphs, services, bios, testimonials, FAQs, etc. Logos Photos and background images Video Colors and brand colors Curated color palette options Fonts and font pairings Buttons, labels, and links Contact information Social media links/icons Section visibility Section order where appropriate Animation/movement options Embedded content such as scheduling widgets, maps, video, and other third-party embeds Uploaded photos, videos, and logos should fit their designated areas cleanly without breaking the design or responsiveness. Templates should work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile. -- Important Development Requirements: The visual design of each template should remain intact and should not rely on one generic layout. Please: Keep HTML/components, CSS, JavaScript, and assets organized Avoid unnecessary platform-specific dependencies Use reusable variables/design tokens for colors, typography, spacing, etc. Clearly identify editable content and media areas Keep template styles isolated so they do not interfere with the surrounding application or other templates Structure sections/components clearly so they can later be shown, hidden, reordered, or populated dynamically Make animations optional or configurable where practical Use image containers/cropping behavior for user-uploaded media Keep the code easy to integrate. We do not need you to build the website builder, backend, hosting, authentication, publishing system, scheduling system, or form-processing backend. Your responsibility is the design and front-end template code. We will integrate the templates into our existing platform afterward. With each template, we would also like a simple configuration/documentation file identifying: Editable text/content Editable colors Available color palettes Editable fonts/font pairings Replaceable images/video/logo areas Available sections Optional sections Animation options Embed locations Any external libraries or dependencies used Please include examples of custom websites or templates you have coded from Figma, screenshots, inspiration images, or original designs. Experience creating reusable components, design systems, React interfaces, or templates intended for a CMS/website builder is especially helpful.
