HTML email needed for destination marketing campaign

We are seeking an experienced email designer/developer to build a responsive HTML email for an upcoming destination marketing campaign. All copy, approved image assets, brand guidelines, and overall messaging direction are finalized and ready to provide immediately. Responsibilities: Design a clean, visually compelling email layout tailored for travel/tourism promotion based on provided copy and high-resolution images. Code the design into clean, light-mode and dark-mode compatible HTML/CSS. Ensure full responsiveness and cross-client rendering (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile/desktop). Deliver production-ready HTML code and inline CSS, along with image assets properly hosted or prepped. Requirements: Strong portfolio showcasing custom HTML email design and coding (specifically consumer/marketing emails). Proficiency in email testing platforms (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.). Attention to detail regarding rendering nuances across major email clients. Fast turnaround time and clear communication.
