Haitian Creole Translator — Landscape Crew Phrases (Possible Voice Recording)
Worldwide
DESCRIPTION: I run a commercial landscape company in South Florida with Haitian field crews, most from the countryside. I need someone to review a list of short English phrases — crew instructions and printed labels, about 115 items in a provided Excel workbook — and translate them into Haitian Creole. The translations must be natural spoken Creole, the way a foreman talks on the truck — countryside register, not formal or classroom Creole. Our crews use slang, including anglicized equipment names (they say "widi" for the weed eater). Full diacritics required. We may expand the project to voice-record all of the phrases for crew training. The ideal candidate has experience in Haitian Creole translation and possibly voice recording. Fixed price preferred. SKILLS: Haitian Creole · Translation · Localization · Voice Recording
