I need help developing a handheld, ruggedized, field-ready device that captures real-time emission readings from vehicles and industrial sources. The device will connect to exhaust systems during inspections and wirelessly transmit data to a cloud-based dashboard for emission tax administration, analysis, record-keeping, and enforcement. It should detect harmful pollutants from cars, buses, motorcycles, tricycles, generators, and factory stacks. The solution should be reliable, easy to use, and suitable for deployment in challenging field environments.
