Role: Head Event Manager Project: Milano Forum (High‑Level Business & Innovation Event) Start: Immediate Deadline: Sponsors signed by the end of October 2026 Event Date: January 29–30, 2027 We are seeking a Head Event Manager to take full ownership of all operational workflows required to deliver the Milano Forum. You will act as the founder’s operational partner, supervising the assistant (Assia), managing leads, making calls, coordinating speakers, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. This role requires: Senior event operations experience Strong communication with high‑level professionals Ability to manage pipelines, follow up, and close commitments Confidence speaking with CEOs, founders, and Italian business leaders Precision, organization, and decisiveness Ability to work independently and deliver without hand‑holding KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead & Speaker Coordination Manage outreach to global speakers, founders, CEOs, and Italian industrial leaders Direct Outreach & Communication Make outbound calls to warm leads, speakers, sponsors, and partners Email high‑level targets (CEOs, founders, investors, Italian executives) with polished, professional messaging Follow up consistently until confirmations or commitments are secured Manage all communication pipelines with precision and urgency Supervise Assia’s outreach (calls, emails, follow‑ups) and ensure daily progress Review lead activity daily and ensure no opportunity goes cold Maintain organized trackers for calls, emails, and follow‑ups Prepare briefing notes before calls with high‑level individuals Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of the Founder 2. Lead Management & Follow‑Up Supervise booker's outreach pipeline Review leads daily Make calls to warm leads, partners, and potential speakers Follow up until commitments are secured Maintain organized trackers and reporting Ensure no lead goes cold 3. Sponsor & Partner Coordination Manage communication with potential sponsors Follow up until sponsorship commitments are secured Prepare sponsor briefs Coordinate deliverables and expectations Ensure sponsor alignment with the event’s elite positioning 4. Event Operations & Timeline Management Build the full timeline from now until Jan 30 Manage all operational workflows Coordinate with the Executive Producer daily Ensure deadlines are met Oversee production needs (branding, materials, signage, schedules) Coordinate with Executive Producer Manage VIP dinner logistics (seating chart, flow, timing) Manage workshop and session structure 5. Italian Market Coordination Communicate professionally with Italian executives Manage cultural nuances Ensure all communication is high‑authority and polished Coordinate with Italian partners and anchors 6.
