Head of Lead Gen + Scraping + Email Campaigns

We manage 10+ agencies that sell AI, automation, and workflow optimization services to small and medium-sized US businesses, mainly in home-service niches such as HVAC, cleaning, and pest control. Each agency will have its own landing pages, GHL sales pipeline, setters, and SDRs. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of lead generation and drive traffic to these landing pages. Would you be able to: * Build large, targeted lists of US business owners and decision-makers * Clean, filter, and pre-qualify the leads * Run compliant cold-email campaigns from each agency’s domain * Provide leads for our sales team to contact * Recommend other effective organic outreach strategies We are not looking for paid advertising on Google or Meta.
