Headstone and Grave Site Maintenance

We are launching a small business that cleans and maintains burial sites people's loved ones (including placing flowers or other approved items at gravesites). We have already secured our domain name, Shopify account, and Google Workspace account. We are seeking an experienced Shopify and Google Workspace professional to configure our systems and build a streamlined ordering process. Scope of Work 1. Domain and Google Workspace Setup • Connect our domain to Google Workspace. • Create branded email addresses. • Configure relevant Google Workspace services and permissions. 2. Shopify Website Development • Build a concise, professional website based on an existing AI-generated design. • Follow the specified fonts, colors, layout, and SVG logo. • Create several pages, with the primary focus on the customer order page. 3. Order Workflow and Automation When a customer submits an order, the system should: • Send an order notification to our designated business email address. • Send the customer an automated, branded receipt containing our company name and logo. • Record the order in an Excel sales and accounting register stored in OneDrive. • Collect required customer and service information through the order form. • Provide a single-select cemetery dropdown menu. • Display cemetery-specific service rules and purchase options based on the selected cemetery—for example, whether items such as teddy bears are permitted. • Clearly communicate seasonal restrictions, such as the months when live flowers may be planted. • Add scheduled services to a shared Google Calendar, or to a well-organized spreadsheet, categorized by cemetery and service date. 4. Reporting • Create simple automated sales reports delivered by email on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 5. Security and Payment Configuration • Verify that Shopify payment processing is configured securely and follows Shopify’s applicable security and compliance standards. • Confirm that customer payment and transaction data are handled through Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure.
