Summary

Seeking an experienced healthcare copywriter to partner with our nonprofit organization in developing high-impact, sales-focused marketing and promotional campaigns that drive enrollment in our professional learning programs, events and consulting services. This role will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Sales to create compelling messaging that engages healthcare decision-makers and motivates action across multiple marketing channels. We are a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health literacy through professional education and organizational improvement. Our products and services help health-related professionals and organizations to strengthen their knowledge and skills in health communication and health literacy. Health literacy integration helps by communicating clearly, building trust, and reducing complexity to improve health outcomes. The copywriter should have demonstrated experience writing for B2B healthcare audiences, including: * Hospitals and health systems * Healthcare organizations and provider groups * Health plans and payers * Pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations Experience marketing to executive-level healthcare leaders, clinical leaders, learning and development professionals, quality improvement teams, patient experience leaders, and other healthcare decision-makers is highly desirable. The selected copywriter will: * Develop persuasive, sales-oriented copy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. * Learn our portfolio of professional development programs,  and consulting services to accurately communicate their value. * Become familiar with our organization's mission, voice, brand standards, and messaging framework to ensure consistency across all communications.  * Create copy for digital advertising, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, brochures, sales collateral, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and website content. * Write concise, high-performing advertising copy that adheres to strict character and word limitations required by digital advertising platforms while maintaining clarity, creativity, and strong calls to action. * Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales to support strategic marketing initiatives, campaign development, and lead generation efforts. * Revise and optimize messaging based on campaign performance, audience feedback, and evolving marketing objectives. **Qualifications** The ideal candidate will have: * Significant copywriting experience within the health industry. * Proven success developing sales and demand-generation campaigns for health organizations. * Strong understanding of health audiences, terminology, and purchasing environments. * Exceptional ability to translate technical or educational content into compelling, benefit-focused messaging. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt messaging for multiple audiences and communication channels. * Demonstrated creativity in producing effective copy within platform-specific word and character constraints. * Ability to quickly learn new products and communicate their value in a clear, persuasive manner. * Excellent collaboration skills and responsiveness in a fast-paced marketing environment.
