Healthcare IT Consultant (KIS / ORBIS / NICE) Workload: full-time Start: asap Duration: long-term Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Consultant with deep expertise in hospital information systems (HIS)—specifically Dedalus ORBIS / NICE and ORBIS U. The role focuses on consulting, interface management, technical project support, and guiding hospitals through system evolution and migration phases. Key Responsibilities Consulting & Interface Management  Provide interface consulting and coordinate requirements between hospital stakeholders and the KIS environment (Dedalus ORBIS / NICE). System Development & Migration  Support the functional and technical advancement toward ORBIS U Pflege, including planning and execution of migration activities. Requirements & Project Coordination  Structure, distribute, and manage technical requirements while accompanying the project from a technical perspective. Go-Live Support & Stabilization  Ensure smooth go-live operations and provide post-go-live support to secure stable, continuous system performance. Required Qualifications KIS & Industry Expertise  Extensive knowledge of hospital IT, clinical workflows, and Dedalus ORBIS / NICE, including hands-on experience with ORBIS U. Technical & Consulting Skills  Strong technical understanding combined with proven consulting experience in healthcare IT environments. Project & Rollout Experience  Demonstrated success in implementation, migration, and rollout projects within the healthcare sector.
