Help Us Build a Spiritual Community for Men

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a spiritual person who wants to spend their time humbly serving others, and who is willing to do what it takes to make a massive impact on the world. This role sits inside our men's community, and you would be joining it as a member alongside the work. You will be on camera a lot, creating around 50 pieces of short video content per week. We provide the outline and coach you on how to do the videos. We are focused on quantity, not production quality, so they will not be edited and you will do them in one take. Your ability to speak sincerely and authentically is what will make you successful. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING The Spiritual Acceleration Brotherhood is an online community for men committed to relentlessly advancing toward their highest ideals and virtues. You would be required to uphold the same commitment. Spiritual Acceleration is a comprehensive philosophy built on spiritual sovereignty, where each individual is respected and challenged to make progress according to his own highest spiritual ambitions. Fundamentally it is an opportunity for each man to hold himself accountable alongside others doing the same. Over time, as relationships deepen and strengthen, the community takes on bigger and bigger projects in order to transform. You will be learning this philosophy deeply and speaking about it every day. That learning is part of the job and part of the paid time. You will not be asked to change any of your beliefs. You will be asked to hold yourself accountable according to them. We are part of the No Self Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. For two years we have been building the foundation for this. OUR ETHOS We are a spiritual organization and compassion sits at the center of what we do. Our approach is also direct and demanding. We ask men to be strong, to be honest with each other, and to carry weight for the people around them. We do not do comfort. We do acceleration. If that combination makes sense to you, you will feel at home here. OUR CULTURE - We deeply value free speech. Free speech is what makes free thinking possible. It means being able to genuinely listen to another person without the desire to silence them. - If you understand the world primarily through power, privilege, and identity categories, this is not the place for you. That framework is the opposite of what we are teaching our members to see in each other. - We respect traditional ways of life, but we do not believe that something is good simply because it is traditional. - We are skeptical of legacy institutions, especially media and education. - We are a spiritual and cultural organization. We do not affiliate ourselves with political ideologies. If you hate people who have a different political perspective, this is not the organization for you. WHO THIS IS FOR You are a spiritual person first and foremost. You are humbled in the face of your higher power, and you are exerting all your effort to live in accordance with its standards. You speak clearly. When you explain something you care about, people understand you the first time. You do not need to be good on camera yet. You need to be clear, and willing to be rough in public for a few weeks while you improve. You take direction. Someone hands you an outline and you run with it. You take direct feedback and you evolve quickly. You bring yourself. Your humor, your style, your way of putting things: we want all of it. We give you the philosophy. You give it a voice. WHAT YOU'LL DO First, get grounded. We help you understand what we are trying to achieve and our strategy for achieving it. Then we spend time getting on the same page philosophically. Our approach is innovative and sometimes unorthodox, so an open mind and real curiosity will serve you well here. Then, start filming. We give you topics, outlines, and rough scripts. You put them into your own words and speak sincerely into the camera. Then we give you feedback and strategies for improving. This is the bulk of the work. Then, help us grow. As you steadily grow your following and attract men to the community, you help them once they are inside. Fundamentally this is all about making sure each man feels he is part of something special, so that together we can create something bigger than ourselves. As the Brotherhood grows, your hours and responsibilities grow with it. THE PRACTICAL DETAILS Hours. Roughly 4 hours a week in the Brotherhood as a member, 8 hours filming, 3 hours coordinating with the founder. All 15 are paid. Revenue share. There is revenue sharing on top of your hourly rate for the men who join through your work. We will structure it with you as the role develops. Meetings. You need to be available for a weekly meeting during Pacific hours. Accounts. You appear as yourself, under your own name, on a channel the organization owns. Handles and logins are set up under our accounts from the start. You build real presence. We keep the asset. Long-term. If this works, it is ongoing, and it expands.
