Help Convert Quicken Rental Properties Info (QRP File) and Set-Up of 5 Rentals in QuickBooks Online

We need a QuickBooks expert to convert our existing Quicken rental property data and set up 5 rental properties properly in QuickBooks Online. Tasks include exporting and cleaning Quicken QRP file data for import, mapping Quicken categories to QuickBooks chart of accounts, setting up each rental property as a class or location in QBO, migrating historical transaction data accurately, setting up tenant tracking and rent income accounts, configuring mortgage and loan accounts per property, establishing recurring transactions for rent and expenses, and verifying opening balances match Quicken records. Must have Quicken to QuickBooks migration experience and rental property accounting knowledge.
