Help Replicate GROMACS & MARTINI Simulation Results - Molecular Dynamics

Summary

I want to replicate the model which a research paper produced in martini 2.2 but in martini 3. I can run the simulations but I need help in setting up all the beads, parameters, etc. I want the results of my simulation in martini 3 to roughly match the paper's graphs in martini 2.2. Attached are the paper along with the corresponding supplementary information which it used containing methodologies, etc.
