Help me get my existing React Native (Expo) app running and connected to Firebase + Twilio

I have a working small React Native/Expo app (codebase provided) that needs help getting set up and running. This is NOT a build-from-scratch job — the core app is already written (screens, navigation, UI). I need help with configuration, testing, and deployment. What I need: Set up a Firebase project (Firestore) and connect it to the app Get the app running locally via Expo Go so I can test it on my own phone and a few family members' phones Set up a Firebase Cloud Function that sends an SMS via Twilio when a specific event happens in the app (code for this is already drafted, needs to be deployed and tested) Walk me through the process on a call or via screen-share so I understand what was done and can maintain it going forward (Optional, separate scope) Help prepare and submit the app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store once I've validated it with my test group What's already done: Full app code (screens, navigation, components) Firebase and Firestore integration code (needs a live Firebase project connected) Cloud Function code for the SMS alert feature (needs Twilio account + deployment) A README with setup steps What I'm looking for in a freelancer: Experience with React Native / Expo and Firebase Comfortable explaining technical steps in plain language — I'm not a developer Budget: Fixed price.
