Summary

Our Amazon seller account has been deactivated because Amazon is requesting brand owner authorisation and proof of U.S. intellectual property ownership. We are the brand owners, but we only sell in the UK and only hold UK intellectual property rights. Despite this, Amazon's system is not allowing us to proceed, and our seller account remains suspended. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist who has successfully resolved account suspensions, intellectual property, and brand authorisation issues before.
