Heraldic Vector Design for Whiskey Organization

Seeking a vector artist for original heraldic artwork — a coat of arms rendered from a formal blazon (with interpretive freedom on style), 27 award ribbons to exact color specifications, and medal designs — for a satirical whiskey organization whose visual style is played completely straight. The humor is in the concept; the artwork itself must look like serious, traditional insignia. All work must be 100% original and may not resemble any real military or government insignia.
