HeyBro - Social Content Creator / Growth Operator

HeyBro is building competitive social games designed around humor, chaos, and connection. Our first major game focus is Meltdown Park — a fast-paced multiplayer “theme park survival” game inspired by the absolute chaos of family vacations, exhausted dads, screaming kids, long lines, and survival-level patience. We are looking for a contract Social Content Creator / Growth Operator to help build the HeyBro and Meltdown Park brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms before launch. This is NOT a traditional corporate social media role. We are looking for someone who: understands internet culture, knows how to make highly shareable short-form content, has strong meme instincts, edits fast, understands hooks and retention, and can help turn game concepts into daily social content. What You’ll Do Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts Turn game concepts, mockups, screenshots, and ideas into engaging content Create meme-style and relatable “theme park survival” content Help establish recurring content series and visual identity Post and schedule content consistently Experiment with hooks, captions, pacing, and trends Engage with comments and help grow community presence Collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction Ideal Experience You do NOT need AAA gaming or corporate marketing experience.
