HeyGen Expert Needed to Create Employee Onboarding and Senior Care Training Videos

Evergreen Senior Living is seeking an experienced HeyGen video creator and editor to transform our written employee onboarding and training curriculum into polished, engaging video lessons. Evergreen Senior Living is a boutique senior-care residence focused on providing compassionate, dignified, relationship-centered care. These videos will be used to train care partners, residence management, and future leaders. The finished content must feel professional, warm, credible, and consistent with a high-quality senior-care organization. PROJECT SCOPE Our complete training library is currently estimated at approximately 80–112 videos across the following categories: • Core Onboarding: approximately 12 videos • Care Partner Training: approximately 10–15 videos • Residence Manager Training: approximately 10–15 videos • Medication Training: approximately 8–10 videos • Evergreen University: approximately 20–30 videos • Annual Competencies: approximately 10–15 videos • Leadership Academy: approximately 10–15 videos The final number and length of the videos may change as the curriculum is reviewed and organized. This will be a phased project. We plan to begin with one paid 60–90-second pilot using material from Lesson 1. If the pilot meets our expectations, the first production phase will include approximately 12 Core Onboarding videos. Additional categories will follow based on performance, quality, pricing, and consistency. WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE • Written curriculum and lesson content • Evergreen Senior Living branding materials • Direction regarding the desired avatar and presentation style • Access to the appropriate HeyGen workspace after the freelancer is selected • Feedback and approvals throughout production WHAT WE NEED The selected freelancer should be able to: • Review the written material and help organize it into effective video lessons • Create professional avatar-led videos using HeyGen • Use a mature, warm, experienced, and credible-looking presenter appropriate for senior-care training • Maintain complete consistency in the avatar’s appearance throughout every video, including clothing, hairstyle, jewelry, watches, rings, hands, and other visual details • Produce natural speech, realistic expressions, accurate lip-sync, and appropriate hand movements • Add selected on-screen words, phrases, and key takeaways as the presenter speaks • Use relevant supporting visuals, video clips, graphics, icons, motion graphics, and subtle transitions where appropriate • Create lessons that hold the viewer’s attention rather than simply showing an avatar reading a script • Apply consistent Evergreen branding, colors, fonts, and formatting • Add professional audio balancing and appropriate background music when suitable • Include accurate captions when required • Deliver polished videos ready for employee training • Maintain a consistent production template across the full training library The goal is for employees to both hear and see the most important information. We do not want every spoken word placed on the screen. Instead, important phrases, instructions, and takeaways should appear strategically to reinforce the lesson and keep viewers engaged. DELIVERABLES • Completed video files in MP4 format • Editable HeyGen projects retained within our workspace • Consistent branded video template • Accurate captions when requested • Up to two revision rounds per completed lesson • Organized and clearly labeled project files IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: • HeyGen video production • Employee onboarding or corporate training videos • Educational or e-learning content • Instructional design or curriculum-based video production • AI-avatar consistency and quality control • Professional video editing and motion graphics • Long-term, multi-video projects Experience producing healthcare, senior-care, caregiving, compliance, or employee-development content is strongly preferred. PRICING We have not established an arbitrary budget for the complete library because the final number of videos and total finished runtime have not yet been determined. Please provide your normal pricing structure rather than asking us to name a total budget. In your proposal, please include: 1.
