High-End SaaS Proposal Designer / Presentation Expert for Fitness Coaching Platform

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented proposal / presentation designer to help us create a premium, high-converting sales proposal for our fitness coaching SaaS platform. We’re a growing SaaS company built specifically for fitness coaches, personal trainers and online fitness businesses, and we need someone who understands that this is not just a graphic design job. We already have a proposal that has been created using Claude, which gives us a solid starting point. However, it currently feels too AI-generated and generic. We want someone to take it to a completely different level. What we want We want the finished proposal to feel like it has been created by a premium SaaS sales team / top-tier creative agency. It needs to: Look extremely high-end and professionally branded Clearly communicate the value of our platform Showcase our features in a way that makes prospects genuinely want to use them Be structured around benefits and outcomes, not just a list of features Use screenshots, UI imagery and visual examples strategically Make the platform feel significantly more valuable than competing solutions Be designed specifically to convert prospects into customers Feel completely bespoke to our brand rather than like a Canva/Claude template We need someone who can take ownership This is the important part. We don't just want someone who waits for us to say: "Put this screenshot here and this text there." We want someone who can look at the proposal and say: "This section isn't strong enough. Here's how I would position it." or: "We need to show this feature visually because it's one of the biggest selling points." or: "You need a comparison section here." or: "I'd move this further up the proposal because this is the actual buying trigger." Essentially, we want you to think like a SaaS marketer + sales strategist + premium presentation designer. You will be responsible for Reviewing our existing proposal Understanding our SaaS platform and target customer Reviewing the features and functionality of the platform Improving the messaging and positioning Recommending what screenshots / product visuals we need Deciding which features deserve prominence Structuring the proposal for maximum conversion Creating compelling feature/benefit sections Potentially creating competitor comparison sections Designing the entire proposal to a very high standard Applying our branding properly throughout Making the final proposal feel cohesive, premium and intentional Making recommendations rather than simply executing instructions Experience we're looking for You would be a particularly strong fit if you have experience with: SaaS sales proposals SaaS pitch decks Sales presentations High-ticket proposals Product presentations Fitness / health / coaching software B2B SaaS Conversion-focused presentation design Product marketing Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, Pitch, Keynote, Google Slides or similar is useful, but the actual tool is less important than the quality of your thinking and finished work. The ideal person We're looking for someone who has a very strong eye for premium design, but also understands that good design alone doesn't sell. You should understand things like: Feature → Benefit → Outcome → Reason to Buy You should be able to look at a feature and understand why a fitness coach would actually care about it. For example, rather than simply saying: "Automated client check-ins" we want you to think: "How do we demonstrate that this saves the coach hours every week, improves client accountability and allows them to scale without increasing their workload?" That is the level of thinking we're looking for. Deliverable A finished, polished, highly branded SaaS sales proposal that we can confidently send to prospective customers.
