Go High Level Setup & Configuration Expert – Virtual Agency (Ongoing) About Us Halo Virtual Agency is a premium virtual support agency serving aesthetic clinics and beauty businesses across Australia. We're scaling fast and need our Go High Level account built out properly — fully configured, team-ready, and firing on all cylinders. The Role We're looking for an experienced GHL specialist to set up and configure our entire Go High Level account from the ground up. This is an hourly contract with a defined scope, but there's strong potential for an ongoing relationship as we continue to grow. What We Need Built CRM & Pipeline Setup — contact management, tagging, pipeline stages, and automation workflows suited to a service-based agency Employee & Task Management — internal workflows, team user roles, permissions, and task assignment Calendar Management — booking pages, appointment types, availability, and confirmation/reminder automations Website Lead Magnets & Funnels — opt-in pages, lead capture forms, and nurture sequences Proposals & Agreements — document templates, e-signature workflows, and proposal delivery automations Weekly Membership / Recurring Client Workflows — recurring billing, onboarding sequences, and client portal setup Notion Integration — connect GHL to Notion for task management across our growing team (via Zapier/Make or native integration) Team Onboarding — ensure everything is documented and the team can use it confidently from day one You'll Be a Great Fit If You: Have hands-on GHL setup experience (agency sub-account experience preferred) Can demonstrate past builds — screenshots, Loom walkthroughs, or case studies Are comfortable working with a fast-moving team and communicating clearly Have experience integrating GHL with Notion, Zapier, or Make Understand service business workflows (bonus points for agency, beauty, or clinic sector experience) Engagement Details Hourly contract Est. budget: $1,500–$3,000 AUD Timeline: ASAP — we want this completed within 2–3 weeks Must be available for regular check-ins during the build To Apply, Please Include: Examples of GHL accounts you've built (agency sub-accounts preferred) Your hourly rate A brief overview of how you'd approach this project Your availability to start
