High-Rise Building Design Consultation — 800–985 Feet

We are looking for a Canadian Lead Structural Engineer (Engineer of Record / Principal Engineer) for a consulting engagement. Our team is currently developing the concept for a high-rise mixed-use tower in Vancouver. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can advise our team on the key aspects of designing towers approximately 244–305 meters (800–1,000 ft) tall in Vancouver. The scope of the consultation includes: Recommending an appropriate structural system for a tower of this scale. Identifying the main design constraints related to seismic performance, wind loads, the structural core, column layout, foundations, and mechanical/refuge floors. Reviewing the proposed architectural concept and assessing its technical feasibility. Providing recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective structural and engineering solutions that are practical and commonly used in the Canadian market, particularly in Vancouver.
