HighLevel + QuickBooks Integration Specialist (Zapier)

HighLevel + QuickBooks Integration Specialist (Zapier) We are looking for a short-term integration specialist who has hands-on experience connecting HighLevel and QuickBooks using Zapier. This is a project-based role rather than a general VA position. Project Scope: Build and/or troubleshoot integrations between: HighLevel → Zapier → QuickBooks and, where required: QuickBooks → Zapier → HighLevel Responsibilities: • Review the required data flow between HighLevel and QuickBooks. • Build Zapier automations connecting the two systems. • Correctly map fields between HighLevel, Zapier, and QuickBooks. • Configure appropriate triggers and actions. • Handle contact/customer information and other required records. • Prevent unnecessary duplicate records. • Test the integration end-to-end. • Troubleshoot failed Zap runs or incorrect field mapping. • Confirm data is passing correctly in both required directions. • Document the completed integration and testing results. Required Experience: You must have actual experience with: • HighLevel • QuickBooks • Zapier • API/integration concepts • Field mapping • Trigger/action logic • Troubleshooting integrations Important: Please provide an example of a HighLevel + QuickBooks integration you've previously completed and explain what data you synchronized between the platforms. This is a short-term, high-priority project. Rate: $10 USD per hour
