Hiring Ecom Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are Olifant Digital, a performance marketing agency working exclusively with e-commerce brands ($100M+ in client revenue managed, rated 5.0 on Clutch). We are building the best in-house e-commerce creative team in the industry, and we're hiring a full-time video editor to be a core part of it. Your job: edit short-form video ads and product content that stop the scroll and drive sales across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon. What you'll do: Edit high-converting video ads, UGC-style content, and product videos from raw creator footage, brand assets, and stock Deliver videos in multiple aspect ratios and lengths, optimized per platform Produce multiple hook and intro variations per concept so we can test fast and scale winners Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and text overlays that follow direct response principles Review hook rate, hold rate, and ROAS with our Growth Strategists and iterate on winners Manage your pipeline in Asana and deliver on time every week Requirements: 2+ years of video editing experience for e-commerce, DTC brands, or agencies Portfolio of performance ad edits, not cinematic showreels.
