Summary

I am looking for someone to help me envision a remodel for a historical loft. The floorplan will need to change to improve flow, and the kitchen and both bathrooms need remodel work as well. I am happy to hire a separate architect and interior designer, if needed, but if you can do both - helping us envision the floorplan changes as well as present some ideas for materials and colors for the kitchen and bathrooms, even better. I can provide photos, floorplan, building information, and budget details as well.
