Home Services App Development

I need a developer or a team of developers to build a home services app where clients can book services such as HVAC cleaning and repairs, electrical work, and home deep cleaning. The app should support subscription purchases for recurring bookings at discounted rates, let users add multiple properties to one profile, and manage all households from a single app. On the day of service, clients should be able to view live technician tracking and send messages. Technicians should also be able to upload before and after photos directly to each booked service. Please ensure you carefully read through the detailed PRD attached below. I have already included my product vision and build plan. It is not final, however, and I am open to suggestions on changing tech stack/buildout phases etc where they can be justified. If you propose a different approach, please also mention why. Please include what you suggest building in MVP vs phasing for later (if at all).
