Hong Kong CPA / Accounting & Audit Partner – Offshore Profits Claim – Long-Term Cooperation

I am an international business and compliance consultant assisting clients with corporate structuring, compliance, banking and ongoing company administration across different jurisdictions. I am currently looking for a reliable Hong Kong accounting / CPA partner for long-term cooperation. This is not intended to be a one-time assignment. I manage several international clients and I am looking for a professional to whom I can regularly refer Hong Kong accounting, audit and tax work if the quality, communication and pricing are good. For the first company, the profile is approximately as follows: * Hong Kong Limited company * Non-Hong Kong resident owner/director * Annual turnover: approximately HKD 5–6 million * Approximately 1,000 transactions per year * No employees in Hong Kong * No physical office in Hong Kong * Business operations conducted outside Hong Kong * Customers/business activities mainly outside Hong Kong For this company, I need a complete annual service covering: * Bookkeeping / annual accounting * Bank and transaction reconciliation * Preparation of financial statements * Hong Kong statutory audit * Audit report signed by a qualified Hong Kong CPA / registered audit firm * Profits Tax Return preparation and filing * Offshore Profits Tax Exemption claim * Preparation of the supporting information/documentation required for the offshore claim * Assistance with IRD enquiries relating to the offshore claim, if required The offshore claim is an important part of the engagement, so I am specifically looking for someone who has previous experience handling offshore profits claims for Hong Kong companies whose management and income-generating activities are conducted outside Hong Kong. Whether the statutory audit is included. 4. Who will sign the audit and whether they are a Hong Kong CPA / registered auditor. 5. Whether the Profits Tax Return is included. 6. Whether preparation and filing of the offshore profits claim is included. 7. Your experience with successful Hong Kong offshore profits claims. 8. What you would charge if the IRD subsequently issues questions regarding the offshore claim. 9. Whether there are any other charges that are not included in your quoted price. I am particularly interested in establishing partner/wholesale pricing because I may refer additional Hong Kong companies in the future. Please do not provide only an hourly rate.
