Hospitality Sales & Business Development (Phone Sales / Appointment Setter)

US B2B Hospitality Sales Representative (Phone Sales) US applicants only. We're looking for an experienced US-based B2B sales representative who has already sold into the hospitality industry. Our customers include bars, restaurants, hotels, distributors and retailers, and we're looking for someone who is confident building relationships over the phone and converting opportunities into sales. This is not a cold-calling role. We already have an established customer database of existing customers and warm leads. Your role - Call existing customers and warm leads - Upsell and cross-sell products - Re-engage previous customers - Identify wholesale and distributor opportunities - Book meetings for larger opportunities - Close smaller sales yourself - Keep CRM notes up to date Essential Requirements - Based in the United States - Minimum 3 years of B2B phone sales experience - Experience selling to bars, restaurants, hotels, foodservice or hospitality businesses - Excellent spoken English - Confident handling objections and closing sales - Comfortable working towards sales targets Strong Advantage - Beverage alcohol, bar equipment, restaurant supplies or foodservice sales - Existing hospitality industry knowledge and contacts - Experience using Shopify, HubSpot or other CRM systems
