Request for Proposal (RFP) 3D Architectural Visualization and Presentation Project overview I am seeking a professional architectural visualization studio or experienced 3D artist to produce a high-quality presentation of a proposed waterfront development in Iceland. The purpose of the material is to present the project to stakeholders, investors and public authorities. The final result should be realistic, visually attractive and suitable for presentations and printed material. Material provided The selected contractor will receive: * Architectural site plans and masterplan. * Proposed planning drawings. * Existing aerial drone photographs. * Access to the municipality’s online map system (Kortsjá). * Existing photographs of the site. * Icelandic drawings and notes (these will need to be translated into English where necessary). * Additional explanations from the project owner during the work. Scope of work The contractor shall create a complete 3D visualization of the project including realistic surroundings. The presentation should include: * Bath lagoon. * Hotel buildings. * Retail and commercial buildings. * Changing facilities. * Steam baths and spa facilities. * Walking paths. * Bicycle paths. * Public spaces. * Landscaping. * Parking areas where applicable. * Small marina with boats. * Realistic people of different ages using the facilities. * Trees, vegetation and outdoor furniture. * Lighting and atmosphere appropriate for Iceland. The surrounding environment should be modelled realistically using available maps, drone photography and site information. Deliverables The quotation should include pricing for: 1. A complete 3D site model. 2. 10–15 high-resolution photorealistic renderings from selected viewpoints. 3. 5–10 aerial renderings based on drone perspectives. 4. Daytime and evening/night visualizations. 5. A 60–120 second animated fly-through video. 6. Optional interactive 3D model suitable for presentations. 7. Source files and final rendered images. Quality requirements The visualization should be of presentation quality comparable with leading international architectural visualization firms. Particular attention should be paid to: * Photorealistic materials. * Natural lighting. * Water reflections. * Icelandic landscape characteristics. * Human activity. * Vehicles, boats and street furniture. * High-quality vegetation. * Overall atmosphere. Workflow The quotation should include: * Estimated project schedule. * Number of revisions included. * Communication process. * Software used. * Previous comparable projects.
