3D House Modeling & Realistic Walkthrough – G+2 Residential House

## Project Brief – 3D House Model & Walkthrough I have a house built on a **1,200 sq. ft. plot**, and the construction is currently at the **end of the plastering stage**. I am looking for a professional 3D artist/architectural visualizer to create an accurate **3D model of my house along with a walkthrough video**. ### 1. Interior Colour & Design Visualization One of the main reasons I need the 3D model is to experiment with different colours and finishes. * I should be able to change wall colours and see how the house looks in different shades. * I want to compare different colour combinations before finalizing the actual paint. * The model should give a realistic idea of how the spaces will look and feel. ### 2. Complete G+2 Building The house is a **G+2 building**. * **Ground floor:** Include it in the 3D model/walkthrough. * **First floor:** This is the main residential floor where I live, and it contains all the rooms. I want the **main focus of the 3D interior model to be this floor**. * **Second floor:** It is mostly a shelter/open area, with water tanks above it. I would like this floor to be included as part of the overall building and walkthrough. ### 3. Exterior Design I also want a realistic **exterior 3D visualization** of the complete building. This should help me understand how the house will look from the outside, including: * Exterior wall colours * Elevation appearance * Doors and windows * Balcony/other exterior elements * Overall look and feel of the building ### 4. Walkthrough Video I would like a **3D walkthrough video** showing the house from both the exterior and interior. The walkthrough should mainly focus on the first floor interiors, while also covering the ground floor, second floor and exterior of the building. ### Additional Requirements I have some additional requirements regarding the design, materials, colours, camera views and other details. I will share these **after we agree on the price and scope of work**. I can provide the available **house plans, measurements, photos/videos of the current construction, and other necessary references** to help create an accurate model. Please let me know: 1.
