How It Works Process Animation/ Motion Graphic

We are looking for a motion designer to create a How it Works Process animation that we can distribute across platforms. Final exports will include gifs, an mp4, a mov with a transparent (alpha channel) background, as well as the project file (preferably .aep file). The animation will show our company's process, how patients get and receive an order, which is 3 steps. The animation will probably be 10 seconds or less. We have some ideas for the animation, but coming to the board with your own creativity and creative ideas is imperative, as well as following our creative brief and staying consistent with our brand guidelines. We would like to have this project complete within the next couple of weeks to a month. You'll be reporting to the company's Multimedia Designer throughout the project. We will also need guidance on how best to display the animation on our website, email, and MMS platforms- any tips and expertise here is much appreciated!
