AI, HubSpot & Automation Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a highly technical automation and systems person to help us build, organize, and improve the systems that run our business. This role is not just about sales KPIs. We need someone who can help us track and improve metrics across the whole company, optimize HubSpot as our central hub, build funnel automations, improve follow-up systems, and create better reporting so we can make decisions based on clean data. You’ll be working on things like: Optimizing HubSpot pipelines, properties, workflows, email automation, and reporting Building automated follow-up systems for leads, booked calls, no-shows, prospects, and customers Improving funnel tracking so we can better measure ROAS, booked calls, conversion rates, revenue, and other key metrics Connecting tools and automating workflows across our GTM, sales, marketing, and operations systems Creating dashboards and reports for business-wide performance metrics Cleaning up messy processes and turning them into scalable systems Using AI tools and automation platforms to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency The ideal person has strong experience with HubSpot, automation tools, APIs, AI workflows, CRM optimization, funnel tracking, and reporting.
