HubSpot CMS Marketing Assistant for Course Pages, Blog Updates, CTAs, and Forms

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented marketing assistant with hands-on familiarity with the HubSpot CMS. FREELANCERS ONLY. NO AGENCIES. This is primarily a junior-level production and administrative role. It does not require coding, web design, or original copywriting. We already have the content, page templates, forms, and instructions. Your job will be to accurately transfer content into our new templates and implement specified updates. INITIAL PROJECT We recently developed a new standardized template for our professional writing course pages. Our Audit Report Writing course has already been completed and will serve as the model. The initial project will involve migrating our other course pages to this new template. Because the template, content structure, and process are already established, the work will mainly consist of careful copying, pasting, formatting, linking, and quality assurance within HubSpot. RESPONSIBILITIES Course-page migration - Duplicate or create course pages using an established HubSpot template - Copy existing content from current course pages into the appropriate modules on the new pages - Preserve headings, bullets, links, images, videos, and basic formatting - Add the appropriate existing HubSpot forms and CTAs - Update page titles, URLs, and other specified fields according to our instructions - Preview and test pages on desktop and mobile - Check all links, buttons, forms, and confirmation messages before submitting pages for review - Follow a detailed checklist and flag anything unclear rather than making unsupported changes This portion of the role does not involve coding, page design, or rewriting course content. Blog optimization and updates - Update existing HubSpot blog articles using content and instructions we provide - Add contextual internal links to relevant course and service pages - Add inline and end-of-article CTAs - Create or update HubSpot CTAs using approved copy and branding - Add and configure slide-in forms - Verify that CTAs and forms link to the correct pages or workflows - Apply campaign or tracking labels according to our naming conventions - Preview and test all changes before publication Required qualifications - Experience and understanding of using the HubSpot CMS - Experience editing HubSpot website pages and blog posts - Ability to create and place CTAs in HubSpot - Familiarity with HubSpot forms, including pop-up or slide-in forms - Understanding of basic internal linking - Excellent attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Ability to follow written instructions and established templates precisely - Clear written communication - Willingness to ask questions when instructions or source content are unclear Helpful but not required - Familiarity with basic on-page SEO - Experience using HubSpot campaigns or CTA tracking - Experience conducting page-level quality assurance - Familiarity with professional-services, training, or educational websites This role is not - A web development project - A graphic-design role - A copywriting assignment - A request to redesign our templates - A senior marketing-strategy position We need someone who is comfortable working carefully within an existing system—not someone who will reinvent it. Working arrangement We will begin with a small paid test involving one course page or blog article. If the work is accurate and the collaboration goes well, we expect to have multiple course pages and blog articles to update, with the possibility of ongoing HubSpot production work. We will provide: - An established course-page template - A completed model page - Existing source content - Approved CTA and form copy - Clear instructions and checklists - Access appropriate to the assigned work When applying Please answer the following: 1.
