HubSpot/CRM Systems Engineer — Automation, AI & API Integrations

We’re looking for a HubSpot/CRM engineer who can do more than configure a few workflows. We want someone who understands how businesses actually operate, can translate messy processes into clean CRM systems, and builds automations that teams can trust and maintain. You’ll help us design and improve CRM infrastructure across areas such as: •⁠ ⁠HubSpot CRM architecture and implementation •⁠ ⁠Sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, and data structure •⁠ ⁠Workflow and process automation •⁠ ⁠Lead routing, qualification, and follow-up •⁠ ⁠AI-powered automation and operational workflows •⁠ ⁠API and third-party integrations •⁠ ⁠Reporting, dashboards, and data visibility •⁠ ⁠CRM optimization, cleanup, and scalability What we’re looking for We want an engineer who thinks about the business process first and the technology second.
