Hubspot Landing Page Specialist

We're looking for a HubSpot landing page specialist to help us scale a growing volume of campaign landing pages. The work starts with building a set of reusable, conversion-optimized templates and defining the fastest path for turning our AI-drafted page designs (built in Claude) into fully built, publish-ready HubSpot pages with minimal manual rework. From there, this becomes an ongoing role building and refining landing pages from approved designs, improving conversion-focused layouts, configuring multi-step forms with conditional logic, and supporting A/B tests, all aligned with our brand and marketing strategy. You should be comfortable working independently from a brief or AI-generated draft, owning the technical build end to end. We work with a number of contractors long-term, some for 6+ years, and this role is meant to grow into that kind of ongoing relationship as our volume increases.
