Hyderabad - India, Demat Account Closure Assistance

Need assistance with closing my mother's demat account in Hyderabad. Here is the detailed steps someone has to do: 1. Help activate designated demat account 2. Transfer all demat holdings in activated account containing unlisted shares (these shares are shares in public companies with no trading activity and have been delisted) to your own account. This may need a physical Close-cum-transfer form 3. You will need to provide your demat account details to enable the transfer. 4. You can either keep these shares or sell them through brokers who deal with unlisted shares. You do not need to return the shares to us. Note person needs to be located in Hyderabad, Telangana only. Preference is given to women as the account belongs to my mother.
