I need an expert to review the draft report, editing, design, and finalization of the Tanzania ICT Outlook Report 2025. Experience in Data Analysis, digital economy analysis, ICT market intelligence, policy research, and executive publications is welcomed. Expert team with following knowledge is highly invited: a. Have experience in preparing national ICT, digital economy, telecommunications, innovation, or technology reports. b. Strong portfolio of reports prepared for governments, regulators, international organizations, or development partners. c. Excellent English writing and editing skills. d. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent visualization tools.
