IOS App - Stop Texting and Walking

Summary

I'm looking to build an IOS app that helps people reduce the amount of times they text and walk. Vibe coding is fine, Claude Code, any AI tools. I just want a very basic MVP that works. The app should use Apples built in motion sensor to detect movement and then the user would need to stay still for 5 seconds in order to text. *Bonus if it can detect texting and driving. In order to apply: - What mix of tools would you use? - How long will this take you? (I'm open to fix rate vs hourly as well) Feel free to send through a vibe coded mock up to apply.
