Hi, We are currently in the process of registering a Delaware corporation, and several of our shareholders are based outside of the United States and do not have U.S. ITINs. I am looking for a registered IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) who can assist us with obtaining ITINs for these shareholders, including preparing and completing the required forms, verifying the necessary documentation, and handling the application process with the IRS.
