ISO Videographer in Langley, BC, Canada for a 3-5 mins Client Testimonial Video Shoot

Hello! I am looking for a videographer based in Langley, BC, or the surrounding area to film and produce a 3–5-minute client testimonial video. The interview will include approximately 10 questions. The featured client is Atlas Sign & Awning: https://atlassignawning.com/ Our company helped Atlas Sign & Awning with a business management software implementation, and the testimonial will focus on their experience, the implementation process, and the value they received from our services. The selected videographer will be responsible for travelling to the client’s location and managing the on-site shoot independently, as I will not be there in person. However, a colleague from the company who worked directly with the client will be present. I would like the process to go as smoothly as possible. I will provide the full list of interview questions to both the videographer and the client in advance, giving everyone enough time to prepare. I have coordinated many client testimonial shoots in the past, and they typically take no more than 2 to 3 hours on-site. Below are examples of previous testimonials I have coordinated. Please do not submit a proposal above this range, as the budget is firm. Full payment will be placed into Upwork escrow once the contract is signed and released when the project is completed and the final video is received. Escrow ensures that both parties are protected and receive what was agreed upon. No exceptions. Client Availability: The client is available September 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18 as of right now. Requirements and Deliverables: - Review the previous testimonial videos linked above to ensure we are aligned on the expected style and quality. - Film the client testimonial in a professional and engaging way. - Remain communicative and responsive before and after the shoot. - Ensure all approximately 10 interview questions are all asked and answered; also, that the client is repeating questions in their answered. - Direct the client to repeat the relevant part of each question within their answer so the final edit flows naturally without the interviewer’s voice. - Film in a minimum of 1080p using professional lighting and audio equipment. - Provide a fully edited video, including colour correction and audio correction. - Include relevant, subtle background music at an appropriate volume. - Add text graphics identifying the client’s name, job title, and location. - Use creative filming techniques to keep the testimonial visually engaging, such as capturing the interview from two different angles. - Capture B-roll of the facility, along with footage of the client and their team working. This footage will be used within the testimonial, and B-roll should also be provided for the client. - Provide raw footage if requested. We do not usually require it, but we may ask for it if needed. - Include two to three rounds of revisions so I can request adjustments for inconsistencies, sound-quality concerns, or other minor changes. - Deliver the completed video within a maximum of one week unless a different timeline is discussed and agreed upon in advance. If the project is delivered late without prior agreement, payment will need to be renegotiated. Payment will be released from escrow as soon as we receive and approve the final version. - Drone footage of the exterior of the facility is not required, but it would be a significant bonus if available.
