Hello! I am looking for a videographer based in Plano, Dallas, or the surrounding area to film and produce a professional 2 to 3-minute corporate "About Us" video for Bista Solutions. Shoot Details: Date: Tuesday, October 13, 2026 Start time: 10AM Local Time Location: Plano, Texas (at Bista Solutions HQ) Expected time on-site: Approximately 3 to 4 hours Final video length: 2 to 3 minutes, with a maximum length of 3 minutes About the Video: Bista Solutions is a software implementation and business technology company. This About Us video will introduce the people behind the company and provide an authentic look at our working culture. The video will feature approximately 15 employees, including our CEO, developers, project managers, ERP consultants, sales representatives, and employees from other departments. It should also include b-roll showing the team’s day-to-day work, collaboration, meetings, problem-solving, and natural interactions around the office. Although approximately 15 employees will appear, these will not be long interviews. Each employee will be asked one short, preassigned question and should provide a brief answer. The final video should move quickly between employees and departments, using the strongest short responses alongside relevant b-roll. Questions may include what employees do, what they enjoy about their work, how different teams collaborate, what surprised them after joining Bista, and what makes the company culture distinctive. We want the final video to look polished and professional without feeling overly scripted or corporate. It should feel personable, genuine, engaging, and focused on the people behind Bista Solutions. The selected videographer will be responsible for managing the on-site filming process, directing the employees, keeping the interviews moving efficiently, and ensuring all required footage is captured. You will have creative freedom, as long as deliverables are met. I will provide the complete list of assigned questions to both the videographer and participating employees in advance, giving everyone time to prepare and to ensure that the process on the day of filming goes as smoothly as possible. Budget: The budget is $1,000 USD, depending on the quality of your portfolio. There is very little wiggle room, it it depends on your portfolio. We are specifically looking for a videographer based in Plano, Dallas, or the surrounding area. Separate travel expenses will not be covered. *Full payment will be placed into Upwork escrow once the contract is signed and released when the project is completed and the final video is received. Escrow ensures that both parties are protected and receive what was agreed upon. No exceptions.* Shoot Date & Time: The shoot will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 10AM local time. Please confirm that you are available on this date and are local to the Plano or Dallas area. Requirements and Deliverables: - Review the previous videos linked above to ensure we are aligned on the expected filming, audio, and editing quality. - Film approximately 15 employees, including the CEO and representatives from development, project management, ERP consulting, sales, and other departments. - Ensure every participating employee is asked and answers their assigned question. - Keep the employee responses short and concise so the final 2 to 3-minute video can move quickly between people and departments. - Direct each employee to repeat the relevant part of their question within their answer so the final edit flows naturally without including the interviewer’s voice. - Help employees feel comfortable on camera and provide additional direction or another take when an answer is unclear, too long, or incomplete. - Film the interviews in a professional and engaging way. - Remain communicative and responsive before and after the shoot. - Film in a minimum of 1080p using professional lighting and audio equipment. - Provide a fully edited video, including colour correction and audio correction. - Ensure audio levels remain consistent across all employees and that each speaker can be heard clearly. - Include relevant, subtle background music at an appropriate volume. - Add text graphics identifying each featured employee’s name and job title, along with the Plano, Texas location where appropriate. - Include the supplied Bista Solutions logo and company information within the finished video. - Use creative filming techniques to keep the video visually engaging, including capturing the interviews. - Capture b-roll of the office, employees working, meetings, collaboration between departments, and natural interactions among the team. - Use b-roll throughout the final edit to maintain a quick pace, cover interview edits, and avoid visible jump cuts. -Provide raw footage if requested. We do not usually require it, but we may ask for it if needed. Include two to three rounds of revisions so I can request adjustments for inconsistencies, sound-quality concerns, abrupt edits, music volume, graphics, or other minor changes. - Deliver the completed video within a maximum of one week unless a different timeline is discussed and agreed upon in advance. - If the project is delivered late without prior agreement, payment will need to be renegotiated. - Payment will be released from escrow as soon as we receive and approve the final version. **Drone footage of the exterior of the office is not required, but it would be a significant bonus if available.** When applying, please include examples of relevant corporate videos, employee interviews, company-profile videos, or workplace-culture videos that you personally filmed and edited.
