Role Overview We are seeking a native-level male Igbo speaker to record high-quality voice-overs for our Igbo language course. Your voice will be the primary pronunciation model used by learners worldwide. Responsibilities - Record vocabulary, phrases, sentences, and dialogues - Deliver clean, edited audio files - Maintain consistent tone and pronunciation - Collaborate with curriculum designers Requirements - Native or near-native Igbo fluency - Clear, neutral male voice - Experience in voice work, teaching, or narration - Access to quiet recording environment - Ability to deliver WAV files ***In your proposal, please list the type of recording equipment you use, for example, what type of device (computer or phone) do you record on? Do you use a mic, if so which one? Do you use a sound card, if so which one? Also please provide a short sample audio of you counting from 1-10 in Igbo in a steady pace? It should be a raw audio file, below are the requirements for the sample recording • True mono (single-channel, not stereo!) • 48 kHz sampling rate • 24-bit depth or 32-bit • Waveform audio file format (.wav) - not m4a, ogg, mp3
