We're looking for a talented 3D Illustrator / Motion Graphics Artist to help create premium animated visuals for long-form YouTube explainer videos. Our style is inspired by creators such as Fern and Visual Ventures—clean, modern, cinematic, and highly engaging. We're looking for someone who can transform complex ideas into beautiful, easy-to-understand visuals using 3D illustrations and animation. What You'll Do Create high-quality 3D illustrations for YouTube explainer videos Animate scenes that support narration and storytelling Design environments, objects, icons, and abstract concepts Work from a completed script and storyboard Deliver polished animations ready for editing Collaborate closely to refine pacing and visual style Style We're Looking For Modern, premium, minimal Smooth camera movement and transitions Strong lighting, depth, and composition Clean typography integration (when needed) Ability to visualize business, finance, technology, history, and educational topics Requirements Strong portfolio showcasing 3D illustration and animation Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software Proficiency in After Effects for compositing/motion graphics Good understanding of storytelling and pacing Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication in English Bonus Skills Character animation Product visualization Procedural animation VFX Sound design experience Experience creating content for YouTube Project Details Initial project: 20-minute YouTube explainer video Opportunity for ongoing weekly work We plan to produce videos consistently and are looking for a long-term creative partner.
