Illustrator Needed for Team Merch Project

Parting Stone is a New Mexico- based company that transforms cremated remains into a new form. We're developing a limited-edition merch line rooted in our day-to-day work and the landscape around us, and we're looking for an illustrator to bring the design to life. The concept is a naturalist field-guide catalog — 21 objects drawn from our daily process at the warehouse and the surrounding New Mexico landscape. Think fine-line ink illustration, and archival grid layout. We have a rough AI-generated mockup that communicates the direction, but we'd like the project brought to life by an artist. The final design will be potentially be used on apparel, a canvas tote, or a variety of other objects, so we will need someone who can create this as a scalable vector image. What we're looking for: — Strong fine-line or pen-and-ink illustration style — Comfortable working within an established concept and layout — Experience with Southwest flora, fauna, or naturalist subject matter is a plus — Ability to deliver print-ready files — Open to feedback and revision rounds Project scope: — Review existing mockup and brief — Illustrate 21 catalog objects in a cohesive style — Deliver final files suitable for apparel and product printing To apply, please share your portfolio and a brief note about why this project interests you.
