Illustrator — Parisian building facade

Summary

I write a personal blog about property, history and design. It's a passion project rather than anything commercial, but I want it to look polished because I enjoy doing things properly and I like the creative side of the work. I mostly write stories about buildings and the people who lived or worked in them. I'd like illustrations to accompany each post, since I often don't have my own photographs of what I'm writing about. Importantly, the illustration doesn't need to depict the actual building. The properties I write about are rarely available on licensable image sites, and I want to avoid copyright issues, for example, by using a Google Street View image as source material. To start, I'd like to commission an illustration of a Parisian Haussmannian apartment facade...like you'd find on Avenue Foch or around Parc Monceau for example. Think cut stone, tall windows, wrought-iron balconies, the typical mansard roof etc. I am looking for an original illustration in that style and spirit, NOT a depiction of a real building or address. You're welcome to look at Haussmannian architecture generally for inspiration - proportions, ironwork detailing, roofline - but please don't copy, trace, or closely reproduce any single real photograph (including Google Street View/Maps) or another artist's illustration. I want a likeness of the architectural style, not a copy of an existing image - this is really important. I don't have a fixed idea for style. I was (broadly) thinking of a: - Digital illustration that looks like it's a painting or watercolour...you are the expert, not me, so I am happy to be guided on approach and look. I am equally open to fine ink linework with a loose watercolour wash. - I like the idea of warm but muted colours, probably nothing flashy or saturated in terms of colour unless there's a reason to go this route. - I'd like a sketchbook feel rather than a technical elevation or photorealistic render which would feel too harsh and 'specific' - the point of the illustration is that it can be an idea of a place and not an exact address. - A bit of atmosphere is welcome: a tree, a lamppost, whatever works, if it strengthens the composition I want something that can be recreated across different posts as ideally I'd like to work together long-term with the same person (although please be aware it's quality not quantity work - I don't do high volume blog posts!) I'm also very open to your own suggestions on composition or style if you see something that would work better than what I've described.
