Illustrator for Fantasy Novel Scene Art — 5 Piece Set, Realistic Style, No AI

I'm publishing an epic fantasy series and I need a set of five illustrated scenes for marketing, promotional boxes, and reader materials. Same house, same cast, so this needs to be one artist for continuity. If it goes well, there's more coming with the next books. The five pieces: Two women in a kitchen — warm, domestic, lived-in A man alone in a sitting room with a whiskey — contemplative, firelit A mother with three children and a dog — four figures plus animal, the largest piece A single male figure, setting flexible The house exterior with its garden — establishing shot Full color. Pieces 1 through 3 are inside the same home, so architecture, wood tone, window style, and light quality must stay consistent across all of them. Style I want: Realistic and painterly. Believable anatomy, correct perspective, rooms that feel lived in, light that behaves like light. Style I don't want: Anime, manga, or Eastern stylization. Minimalist, flat, or vector illustration. Cartoon proportions. If your portfolio is mostly those, we're not a fit, and I mean that with respect for your work. Non-negotiable: No generative AI in the work you produce, at any stage, including base layers, backgrounds, or touch-ups. Signed agreement required, plus layered working files and progress screenshots. What I'll give you: A character and location packet with physical descriptions, wardrobe, personality, and scene excerpts from the manuscript. No visual references — I want these characters brought to life from the writing. Deliverables per piece: A wide horizontal master with generous margin and headroom, so I can crop to square, 4:5, and 9:16 without cutting off faces. Layered file with figures separate from background. Print resolution. Rights: Work for hire. Full commercial rights — merchandise, promotional use, print, digital, unlimited reproduction, no expiry. Process: I'll shortlist from portfolios, then send the character packet for a rough sketch on one piece before we commit to the full set. NDA required before you receive any manuscript material.
