Illustrator for Literary Picture Book (Painterly Style)

I'm an author developing a literary picture book that has been submitted to publishers. I'm looking to commission one paid concept spread to communicate the visual language of the project. I'm looking to review portfolios and identify an illustrator whose work aligns with the project's atmosphere and storytelling. The selected illustrator will receive a written scene description and be commissioned for one double-page spread. I'm looking for illustration that is: - Painterly rather than graphic - Warm, intimate, and observational - Realistic in anatomy and proportion - Strong in visual storytelling through gesture, light, and everyday objects I've attached a reference image to communicate the overall atmosphere and visual direction.
