What We're Looking For You should have proven experience creating: Photorealistic AI-generated people with natural facial features, skin texture, hair, hands, body proportions, expressions, and movement Realistic lifestyle and environmental images Natural-looking AI video with believable human movement, facial expressions, and lip synchronization when applicable UGC-style and native-looking Meta/Facebook ad creative Multiple creative variations for A/B testing Attention-grabbing Meta ads that still feel authentic rather than overly produced Consistent characters/people across multiple images and video scenes You Must Understand Meta Advertising We don't just need an AI artist. We want someone who understands performance creative for Facebook and Instagram ads. You should understand concepts such as: Scroll-stopping hooks Native/UGC-style creative 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 formats Creative testing and iterations Direct-response advertising Creating variations of winning concepts Designing creative that generates leads/conversions, not simply attractive images AI Experience We are open to different tools and workflows. Experience with leading AI image and video platforms is strongly preferred. What matters most is the quality and realism of your final work.
