AI Implementation Partner for a Family-Owned Distribution Company

About us We're a family-owned paper, packaging, and janitorial supply distributor in the Tampa Bay area. Two warehouses, around 720 SKUs, next-day delivery 7 days a week to restaurants, hotels, and hospitality accounts. We also run our own custom printing program (cups, bags, greaseproof paper). Small leadership team, quick decisions, no red tape. What we're hiring for We want to put AI to work across the business, and we're looking for one person to do it with us long term. This is not a one-off project and we are not looking for an agency. We want someone who learns how our operation runs, builds things that stick, and grows with us over months and years. You'd work directly with ownership. We already use AI tools every day, so you won't be starting from zero or convincing anyone this matters. We need a builder who can take what we do by hand and turn it into working systems. How we'll work together We'll start you with a paid first project of our choosing. Deliver on that, and it turns into long-term work with steady weekly hours. Over time this can grow into being our go-to AI lead as the company grows.
