EU Import Partner – Importer of Record (IOR) or Consignment Sales Partner

We are looking for a reliable partner based in the European Union (preferably in Croatia), to help us import and sell secondhand fashion items shipped from Serbia. Our initial shipment volume is small (up to 20 parcels per month), with the potential to grow over time. We are interested in hearing from companies that can offer either of the following business models: 1 – Importer of Record (IOR) or 2 – Commission / Consignment Partner Please include in your proposal: - Your country of operation (Croatia preferred). - Which business model you offer (IOR, consignment, or both). - Whether you can assist with postponed VAT or VAT recovery. - Whether you can forward orders to customers using our prepaid shipping labels (not mandatory-we can use fulfillment center). -Your pricing structure (fixed fees, commissions, storage fees, etc.). -Your experience with customs procedures, EU VAT, and secondhand fashion. -Any minimum shipment or sales volume requirements.
