Inbound Leads - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Overview: We’re looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us re-engage and qualify inbound leads. Hipcamp is a marketplace that connects campers with unique outdoor stays like campsites, RV spots, and cabins, helping private landowners earn income by hosting campers. In this SDR role, you’ll follow up with inbound leads who have already shown interest in hosting on Hipcamp but didn’t complete onboarding. Your job will be to restart conversations, address and overcome objections, and guide potential Hosts through the next steps so they can successfully become a Host on Hipcamp. Responsibilities: - Reply to inbound lead responses via SMS and Phone Calls - Re-engage prospects who started a listing on Hipcamp but did not finish - Identify objections or blockers and help prospects move forward toward Hosting - Log interactions and updates in our CRM Ideal Contractor: - Experience in B2C sales or sales development - Comfortable communicating with prospects via SMS and phone calls - Strong objection handling and conversational skills - Organized and reliable with CRM updates
