Inbound Sales Closer, Warm Leads, Base + Uncapped Commission

Think of it as a technology-first approach to speech improvement. Users can complete a free online speech assessment and, when appropriate, continue into one of our structured paid programs. We're growing and are looking for an empathetic, commercially minded Inbound Sales Closer to help more of our users take the next step. The Role This is not primarily a cold-calling role. We already generate warm inbound leads through our free online speech assessments. These users have already shown interest in understanding or improving their speech. Your job is to take it from there. You'll communicate with warm leads, understand their situation, answer questions, follow up consistently, conduct or schedule calls where appropriate, and ultimately help qualified customers decide whether one of our paid programs is right for them. Our paid programs include different durations, including 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month programs. Your goal is not simply to book meetings. Your goal is to turn qualified warm leads into happy paying customers. What You'll Be Doing • Follow up with warm inbound leads • Speak directly with prospective customers • Understand their speech concerns, goals, and motivations • Build trust and make customers comfortable discussing a personal subject • Explain TOPSPEECH and our programs clearly • Help qualified customers understand which program may be suitable for them • Handle objections around price, urgency, commitment, and perceived severity • Follow up with interested leads who aren't ready to purchase immediately • Conduct sales calls when necessary • Convert qualified leads into paid 2-month, 4-month, or 6-month programs • Keep sales activity and lead information organized • Track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes • Communicate useful customer feedback to our internal team • Continuously improve your sales approach based on results Requirements • Excellent spoken English • Excellent written English • Previous experience in sales, inbound sales, closing, tele-sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing role • Strong listening skills • High emotional intelligence • Naturally empathetic communication • Comfortable speaking with customers on calls • Comfortable discussing sensitive or personal subjects professionally • Able to understand objections rather than simply reading from a script • Persistent without being pushy • Commercially minded • Results-driven • Reliable and organized • Able to work independently • Comfortable with CRM and online communication tools • Comfortable learning and using AI tools Nice to Have • Health or wellness sales experience • Education sales experience • SaaS experience • Subscription sales experience • Experience selling to parents • B2C sales experience • Experience converting warm inbound leads • Experience working remotely with international companies Compensation $200–$400 USD/month guaranteed base salary depending on experience + strong uncapped commission on successful sales. This is a performance-driven position. We want successful closers to be rewarded strongly for the revenue they generate. There is no intended cap on commission earnings. Exact commission details will be discussed during the hiring process. Working Style Fully remote. This is a results-focused position. The workload is driven by incoming leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales activity rather than simply sitting online for fixed office hours. However, responsiveness to warm leads is important.
